Easy-Phone is CSR & Rinker Credit Union's phone banking service. It gives you 24 hour access to your accounts from any touchphone.

With Easy-Phone you can:

• Check account balances
• Check personal cheque transactions
• Check ATM transactions
• Check EFTPOS transactions
• Check VISA transactions
• Transfer between your account and another member's
• Make payments using BPAY
• Order cheque and deposit books
• Interest earned in the last financial year
• Personal cheques deposited

Accessing Easy-Phone

You can use the Easy-Phone banking service by calling 02 9934 2727 and following the voice prompts.

Do I have to register for Easy-Phone?

No - all members are automatically registered for Easy-Phone as part of their membership.

How Do I Access Easy-Phone?

We will provide you with an Easy-Phone access code as part of your membership establishment. When you call the Easy-Phone number you will be asked to enter the access code. Once you have been given your access code, you are able use Easy-Phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

For added security, the first time you use the Easy-Phone, you will be prompted to change your access code to a code of your choosing, which is known only by you. For added security, we strongly advise you not to use your DOB as your access code!
