Becoming a member is easy!

  1. Print out and complete the necessary forms (see below)
  2. Return these to us - Contact Us
  3. We'll get back to you once we have your application to establish your membership - it's that easy!

Coming into our office?

If you intend coming into our office to become a member please:

  • download and complete one of our Membership Application Forms (below)
  • bring with you sufficient documentation to validate your identity in terms of the requirements of the Australian Government's Financial Transaction Reports Act 1988:
    • read the back of the membership form (below) for information on the range of suitable identification documents

Sending in your forms by mail?

If you intend sending us your membership application by mail please download and complete our Membership Application Forms (below).

You will also need to complete the Certification Form included and have it witnessed by an appropriate person. Please then return all documents to our office.
